V C Agrawal brings over 40 years of professional work experience which includes long stints in large diversified conglomerates in the public and private sectors. He has the experience of working in line functions and HR.
At RPSG Group, V C Agrawal has taken several initiatives to align the People Process with the dynamic growth plans of the Group and businesses.
Before joining the Group, he was Director-HR and Board Member of IOCL. During the tenure, he was also the Managing Director of IBP, a subsidiary of IOCL and Board Member of Chennai Petroleum. V C Agrawal is a Fellow Member of AIMA and a certified CEO Coach. He is a Member of the Board of Governors of IMI, New Delhi, Kolkata and Bhubaneswar.

Mr Pradip Kumar Khaitan son of Late Bhagwati Prasad Khaitan, aged 80 years is a B.Com, LL.B. and Attorney- at-law (Bell Chambers Gold Medalist). Mr. Khaitan is the Senior Partner of Khaitan & Co. and Senior Mentor of the Firm. He ranks amongst influential legal practitioners in India.
Shri Shashwat Goenka

Shri Shashwat Goenka is currently the Sector Head – Retail & FMCG of the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group. He is also a Director of Firstsource and PCBL. He is an Executive Member in National Executive Council, FICCI; Chair, FICCI Young Leaders Forum; and Chair, CII National Committee on Retail. After completing his schooling at St. Xavier’s School, Kolkata, he obtained his degree from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Shri Sunil Mitra
Former Revenue & Finance Secretary to Govt. of India
Sunil Mitra retired in June 2011 from the office of Revenue & Finance Secretary, Government of India. Over a 36-year public service career, he is credited with spearheading several policy initiatives at both national and State levels. Thereafter, he has chaired a Committee in the Planning Commission, led consultancies for the British Government and World Bank and serves presently, as an Independent Director on the Boards of a number of Public Companies.
Shri Rajendra K Jha

Rajendra Jha possesses almost 40 years of valuable experience across different fields of corporate activities within the Group. During his long association, he has held various key positions relating to Project Management and Corporate Finance. He is considered an authority in the fields of raising corporate resources, project implementation, corporate restructuring, M&As, global business structuring, foreign collaboration and JVs. He is a Director in many of the Group Companies and holds eminent positions in the executive committees of various reputed professional bodies.
Shri Subhasis Mitra

Shri Subhasis Mitra, a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary, is the Group Company Secretary in the rank of Executive Director of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group. He has around 44 years of professional work experience in various fields of corporate law. Along the way, he has served in different management positions in CESC and is also
associated with International Management Institute, Kolkata since its inception. His current role is to oversee the functioning of secretarial and other management functions of the companies in RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group.
Shri Sunil Bhandari

Mr Sunil Bhandari is Executive Director – Corporate in RP Sanjiv Goenka Group. He has been with the RPG/RPSG Group for three decades and has worked in CESC, PCBL, Saregama, RPG Netcom, Etc. He is a Chartered accountant. At present, he looks after Group Finance and Cross Synergy. He is also a published poet and a podcaster. He is married with one son.
Prof. Mohua Banerjee

Professor Mohua Banerjee, Director, IMI Kolkata is a Professor of Marketing with over fifteen years of teaching experience. Having completed her PhD in Commerce – Marketing from University of Calcutta, she has taught in India and abroad as visiting professor. She is an independent director in Electrosteel Castings Limited. Professor Banerjee is also involved in Retail Management curriculum development for National Skill Development Mission, NITTTR, Ministry of Education, formerly Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
Dr. Himadri Das

Dr. Himadri Das is the Director General of IMI since October 2018. Prior to that he spent six years in Business School Director roles at Great Lakes Institute of Management Gurgaon and MDI Gurgaon. He worked in the technology industry in the US and India for thirteen years before moving into academics in 2002. He has a B.Tech. and MBA from IIT Delhi and an M.S.and Ph.D. from the University of Virginia, USA.
DR. PRADIP K. BHAUMIK

Professor Bhaumik is a Professor Emeritus at IMI New Delhi. He is a Fellow of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (1983) in the area of Production and Quantitative Methods. He was awarded the Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) Award, 1982 for the best thesis proposal submitted at the IIM, Ahmedabad. Prior to this he has also been a Trainer-cum-Consultant in Industrial Engineering and related areas at the National Productivity Council (NPC). Besides consultancy assignments and in-company training programmes for client organizations, it involved organizing, conducting and taking sessions in the National and Regional training programmes of NPC. Has been a consultant to many Indian companies including MNCs and also to organizations like UNDP, USAID and GTZ. He has conducted research studies sponsored by Government of India and other funding organizations.
Dr. Tirthankar Nag

Dr. Tirthankar Nag has a doctorate from IIM Ahmedabad and currently holds the position of Professor and Dean (Research and International Relations) at IMI Kolkata. He has received several awards and recognition for his academic work like Chaudhary Padmanabhan Pant Award, Sahir Memorial Award and others and holds a certificate from the World Bank Institute.
As a consultant, Tirthankar has advised the top management of various organizations on behalf of global consulting firms like PwC, KPMG, and investment banking organizations like SBICAPS and worked on projects of several ministries of the Government of India like the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change. He has also advised many multilateral organizations, which include UN Organizations, the World Bank, DFID, ADB, GIZ and USAID.

Dr. Roy, who has done his PhD/MBA from VGSOM, IIT Kharagpur has over 20 years of experience in industry, research and teaching.
As an industry professional, he has 11 years’ experience in the area of presales, solution architecting, operation management, IT administration, service assurance, and network planning in leading IT/Telecom companies in India. His involvement in various multimillion-dollar global telecom projects with leading MNCs like AT&T, ALCATEL, Lucent, BT, FT, NEC, instilled him with enough strength and knowledge to understand and implement global business practices.
He is the ex-cofounder of Ennovation Consulting, a leading virtual assistant company in India which serviced 100+ SME and INC 500 clients globally. He is also a co-founder of the Lakshya Foundation (2009) and extended supports to hundreds of underprivileged students in West Bengal.
